What You’ll Do:
- Begin as a licensed financial professional, offering life insurance, retirement planning, and investment strategies
- Gain real-world experience and mentorship from tenured leaders
- Lead by example, developing your own book of business
- Transition to Management within 12 months and lead a team of financial professionals
Who We're Looking For:
- Leadership mindset – you’ve led teams, coached others, or managed projects
- MBA or equivalent, or 3+ years of professional experience (business, sales, finance, or similar)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven by purpose, not just profit
