How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Customer Operations Coordinator, you will get a great career and so much more. You will have the ability to showcase your skills in communicating with AGT’s customers supporting their order management requirements.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Provide exemplary customer service in attitude and aptitude to all internal and external customers.
- Process/review customer orders and all order changes.
- Proactively engage internal counterparts to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled to their specifications and timeline. You are the hub between the customer, the sales team, production team, and logistics team from the start of the contract to the delivery of each order.
- Respond promptly and accurately to all customer requests.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships to improve the overall experience with AGT Foods.
- Order tracking – customer portals for order tracking and tracing purposes to provide customers current information about the status of their order.
- Monitor inbound ingredients and receive them into our inventory system.
- Monitor customer pick-ups (CPU) with assigned warehouses and customers.
- Address order claims related to over/short/damage.
- Assist other team members to maintain full coverage.
Job Specifications:
- Education required: High School Diploma or GED Required
- 3+ years of high-level administrative experience
- Project Management experience is a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Strong technical acumen - ability to troubleshoot a problem, involve other stakeholders as necessary, brainstorm potential root causes, and execute the necessary adjustments with the team.
- Very detail oriented when entering information, tracking, and identifying potential issues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in computer applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and inventory management/sales software
- Capacity to learn a process, understand the components, and figure out the best way for you to manage your parts of the process
- Strong background in document tracking, auditing, or logistics is an asset
- Position involves sitting for extended periods of time at employee’s workstation and during meetings
