Join Our Team as a Direct Support Professional!

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
• Document and report on individual progress and any changes in behavior or health
• Engage individuals in meaningful activities and outings to promote socialization and community integration.
• Advocate for the rights and independence of individuals with disabilities.

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to drive a passenger van

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

  *** Salary: $17.00 - $20.00per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)
