Join Our Team as a Direct Support Professional

Enable, Inc. in Bismarck, ND is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing assistance and support in their daily activities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting.
• Assist individuals with daily tasks such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household chores.
• Implement individualized care plans and behavior support plans as directed.
• Promote independence and community integration for individuals with disabilities.
• Document and report on individual progress and any incidents as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for making a difference in the lives of others
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Must be able to drive a passenger van
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Current Openings:

Full Time:

Second shift: 3p m to 10 pm and every other Saturday and Sunday 9 am to 9 pm.

Split shifts: 6 am to 10 am and 3:30 to 10 pm and every other Saturday and Sunday 9 am to 9pm.

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00
