Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans for residents.
• Monitor and assess residents' health status and report any changes to the appropriate personnel.
• Educate residents and families on proper care techniques and medication management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of North Dakota.
• Previous experience in a long-term care or basic care/assisted living setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask .
