Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing physical therapy programs under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
- Work with residents to help them regain mobility, strength, and independence
- Monitor and record progress of residents during therapy sessions
- Provide support and encouragement to residents throughout their rehabilitation process
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Certification or licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of North Dakota
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
