As a Program Coordinator, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and overseeing programs that enhance the quality of life for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will work closely with program participants, their families, and a team of dedicated staff to ensure that all services are delivered with compassion, respect, and professionalism.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or a related field, as well as previous experience working with individuals with disabilities. Strong communication skills, team-oriented mentality, and a passion for advocating for the rights and needs of others are also essential qualities for success in this role.
As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing individualized service plans, coordinating with community resources, and advocating for the inclusion of individuals with disabilities in all aspects of community life. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
